Most individuals are born out of nothing more than a possibility or potentiality and we go out-of-life in the same way, which is into nothing. After six months, a non-famous person is almost completely forgotten, but when you find this little book 15 or more years from now on a shelf or in a closet, you will think of me for a few moments and if you, Isabelle, are curious enough, you may actually read this little book.

I am decidedly prejudiced in this review since I know all the principals, but believe this to be a sincere effort to remind the latest generation of just how serendipitous our very existence can be. Bravo!Product details

The 'Little' Flying Dutchman eBook Jan Blom Suzanne Blom Reviews
Jan Blom's granddaugter shall be very proud indeed of her Opa reading this memoir. Proud of his courage to leave the land of his birth and proud of his achievements in the USA!
This book present the history of the family and how the new generation enjoy life, travel and pass it to the future generations.
The book was meant as a memoir for his grandchild , but is also very good reading for an outsider who is interested in the transition of a Dutchman into an American.
I enjoyed the book
A sweet and beautifully written memoir. I enjoyed every chapter. Loved the pictures as well.
A wonderful story about an accomplished man. I can only imagine that his granddaughter will read and re-read the story of her Opa's life time and time again, each time discovering something different and exciting. At the very least I can imagine her wanting to rediscover the places they visited and see for herself the sights described so well in the book. Very nicely done.
I am decidedly prejudiced in this review since I know all the principals, but believe this to be a sincere effort to remind the latest generation of just how serendipitous our very existence can be. Bravo!
